Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have over your information.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Ryder Group LLC, doing business as TireRyder ("TireRyder," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the privacy of our customers and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through https://www.tireryder.com, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices you have — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, mailing/shipping address, IP address, and account login.
  • Commercial information — orders placed, products viewed or purchased, and vehicle information (make, model, year) you provide to find the right tires.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Internet/device activity — browser type and language, operating system and device data, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and search queries.
  • Geolocation — approximate location derived from your IP address (used to estimate delivery and find nearby installers).
  • Inferences — preferences drawn from the above to recommend products.

Sensitive personal information. We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, or account credentials beyond your login) for purposes other than providing our services, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

Sources

We collect this information directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies as you use the Site, and from service providers such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process your orders and arrange shipping & installation
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer service
  • Send order updates and shipping notifications
  • Send marketing emails or texts — only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time
  • Improve our website, products, and services
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers — payment processors, shipping carriers, certified installers, email/SMS platforms, and hosting providers — strictly to operate the Site and fulfill your order or service.
  • Advertising & analytics partners — we use cookies and similar tools (such as analytics providers) that may constitute "sharing" or "sale" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 6.
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights and safety.
  • Business transfers — if TireRyder is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies, analytics & your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, measure site performance, analyze traffic, and personalize your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect site functionality.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including GPC, as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser on which the signal is received.

Do Not Track. Because there is no industry standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not separately respond to them; however, we honor GPC as described above.

5. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, complete the transactions you request, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Your privacy rights

To exercise any right below, email info@tireryder.com or call +1-916-290-1970. We will confirm and respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days where permitted), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to:

  • Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may need to verify your identity and the agent's authority before responding.

Other U.S. state residents. If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of your data, and to appeal a denied request. Contact us using the details above to exercise these rights.

  • Marketing — opt out of marketing emails via the "unsubscribe" link, and texts by replying STOP.
  • Account information — view and update from your TireRyder account dashboard.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, secured servers, and limited employee access — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email when appropriate.
