These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Ryder Group LLC, doing business as TireRyder ("TireRyder," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your access to and use of https://www.tireryder.com and all related products, services, and content (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate. The Site is intended for users located in the United States; we make no representation that the Site or products are appropriate or available outside the United States.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Site.
By using the Site or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications and records from us electronically — including order confirmations, receipts, notices, disclosures, and these Terms — by email, by posting on the Site, or by text message. You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing, consistent with the federal E-SIGN Act. To request a paper copy of any record, or to withdraw consent to electronic delivery, contact us using the details in Section 19; withdrawing consent may prevent you from using certain features.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you transactional messages (such as order and delivery updates) and, with your separate express written consent, promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including:
You can browse the Site without an account, but some features (saving vehicles, tracking orders, posting reviews) require registration.
All orders placed on the Site are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance by TireRyder. Submitting an order does not create a binding contract until we confirm acceptance and the order ships.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, follow the steps in our Refund Policy so we can resolve it promptly.
TireRyder is a retailer, not a tire manufacturer. Many tires and other products are sold without any warranty. Whether a product carries a warranty — and the scope, duration, and terms of any such warranty — is determined solely by the manufacturer or distributor, not by TireRyder.
Where a manufacturer's limited warranty applies, it is provided by the manufacturer, and warranty claims are handled directly according to the manufacturer's terms and procedures. We will reasonably help direct your claim to the appropriate manufacturer, but we have no control over whether a claim is accepted. If the manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler does not provide a warranty for a product, no warranty passes to you through us, and TireRyder has no obligation to repair, replace, or credit the product on a warranty basis.
Except for any manufacturer warranty and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, TireRyder makes no warranties of its own regarding the products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. To the extent an implied warranty cannot be disclaimed, it is limited in duration to the shortest period permitted by law.
Federal law (49 CFR Part 574) supports the registration of new tires so that manufacturers can reach purchasers in the event of a safety recall. Registration is voluntary for you but strongly recommended. The tire identification number (TIN) is molded into the sidewall of each tire, and most manufacturers allow you to register online in a few minutes. Where the TIN or registration information for your order is available to us, we will provide it or help you register; otherwise, we encourage you to register directly with the manufacturer using the TIN on the tire. Registering helps ensure you receive recall and safety notices directly from the manufacturer.
You may submit content to the Site — reviews, comments, photos, ratings. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it you grant TireRyder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display it in any medium for purposes related to operating and promoting the Site.
You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit and that it will not be unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Send DMCA notices to info@tireryder.com (Attn: DMCA Agent) or by mail to the address in Section 19. We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data — is the property of TireRyder, Ryder Group LLC, or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@tireryder.com and give us 60 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
Agreement to arbitrate. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and TireRyder agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products or services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Class action & jury waiver. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You and TireRyder waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized-access claims.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@tireryder.com with your name and a statement that you decline arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms. If you opt out, Section 15 governs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration (or if you opt out of arbitration), you and TireRyder agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or reliability of the content. Tire fitment, load and speed ratings, performance, and installation suitability should be verified with a qualified professional before purchase or use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TireRyder and Ryder Group LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Site must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, except where a longer period is required by law.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TireRyder, Ryder Group LLC, and their affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Third-party links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier delays, supply shortages, or governmental actions.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Severability & entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms — together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy — are the entire agreement between you and TireRyder regarding your use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
